Two Heated Pools To Enjoy
Enjoy the clubhouse pool and hobnob with the other visitors or retreat to the privacy and comfort of your own
personal heated pool and spa within the fully screened-in lanai surrounded by lush gardens that lie just through the sliding glass doors outside your bedroom.
Two Master Bedroom Suites
This home features not one but two master bedroom suites
both fully appointed with walk in closets and fully equipped bathrooms. Both suites open directly to the pool and spa area enclosed within the screened-in lanai and the surrounding gardens.
An Amazing Home
From the large great room with its vaulted ceilings and plant shelves to the spacious fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a formal dining area, the villa is luxurious yet relaxed. Besides the two master suites the beautiful guest room offers that comfortable Floridian feeling and the second guest's room (fun room) is the kid's favorite. With four bedrooms and a den the home has plenty of room so you can find some personal quiet space when you need a moment alone. The den (also able to become a bedroom) is a wonderful place to read a book or just relax away from the group. Three full bathrooms make it easy for everyone to get ready for adventure. All the appliances are new and the washer and dryer room help keep your beach towels in top shape. Then there is the screened lanai with its outside dining area complete with covered BBQ area, dining table and chairs and ceiling fan and of course just beyond the magnificent pool and gardens. We love our home.
Miles of Beaches
Within just minutes of our villa there are endless miles of white sandy beaches considered to be some of the finest beaches in the world. Relax and enjoy a stroll along the beach warming your toes in the incredibly warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico or just sit and watch the dolphins go by.
All Kinds of Sports
Naples is the Golf capital of the world with the PGA and LPGA both being headquartered here. There are more golf courses per mile in Naples than anywhere else in the world. Many of our Golf courses were designed by people like Greg Norman or Lee Trevino to mention just a couple. A set of gentlemen and a set of ladies golf clubs are included for your use. Tennis is just a few steps away in our three lighted, Har-Tru private courts. We even include the rackets. If you like to bike (really easy in Florida since there are no hills and plenty of bike lanes) we have available a small fleet of new bikes for your pleasure. Boating, fishing, kayaking and an incredible array of other sports are all available within 10 minutes or less from our home.

Naples offers many outstanding fine dining restaurants and lounges. Several offer waterfront dining with unforgettable sunsets overlooking the beaches of Naples, Florida. Stylish and innovative restaurants with fabulous food and wine abound. There are also lots of casual places to eat all featuring great cuisine and great prices.

Naples Golf
Thanks to world-renowned designers like P.B. Dye, Greg Norman, Jack Nicklaus, and Robert Trent Jones Sr., Naples Florida is home to some of the highest rated golf courses in the country. For twelve months of the year, the golfing enthusiast will find the golf courses in South Florida open and challenging. And from May through October courses are never crowded, you can pick your tee time and be assured of a leisurely round. Also, many of the private courses are open to the public during these months. that follows his philosophy of making the game challenging, but fair to the average golfer. This course offers a variety of golf holes that are difficult to a point - where a player can always recover from an errant shot.

Hibiscus Golf Club

The 18-hole Hibiscus Golf Club features 6,540 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 71.5 and it has a slope rating
of 125 on Bermuda grass. Designed

Lely Flamingo Island Club

Open since 1990, Lely Flamingo Island was designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and is Naples' premier resort course. The design features multi-level tees, undulating greens, and
