TOTAL PRIVACY: Our main home is in NY. There we live on 9 pristine acres surrounded by a 40 acre preserve, and have no neighboring homes at all. We are used to having total serenity and privacy. In Florida and in Naples in particular homes are built in communities right next to each other. It's nice but we are used to total privacy. My wife and I love to go skinny dipping in our pool, and we don't like to hear or see neighbors when we are in the back yard etc.
If you are familiar with holiday homes in Naples you know that it is not at all unusual for someone to play through while golfing within feet of you and your family being in the pool, or for your unknown next door neighbor to be watching everything you do while in the back yard. A house with a pond my sound nice but when you are out in the back you are looking right into the neighbor across the ponds window and vice versa. We just didn't want that. So in this house we spent over $50,000 making sure our pool and gardens are totally private. First we had 8 foot fences erected, and then we had two parallel rows of 14 foot tall very dense areca palms installed on both sides of the villa, these not only block off the neighboors but also act as a sound barrier so we can never hear neighbors. To the back we are on a preserve so absolutely no neighbors.
Because we are south facing to the back we get full sun all day long in spite of all the privacy. TOTAL privacy, TOTAL quiet. You can go skinny dipping if you like.
The wonderful pool is 25.5 feet long, 13 feet wide, 3 foot deep at the shallow end, and 6 foot deep at the deep end. It was custom built for us by the premier pool builder in Naples. It's maintained at a constant 88 degrees (or whatever you like) and the SPA is separately heated.

Heaven
Wake up and drop your pajamas pass through the sliding glass doors and walk directly into the non-chlorinated salt water softened heated pool. If
you have never swum in a salt pool you will be amazed. No, there is no
salt taste (very little salt is used), but also there is almost no chlorine or other harmful chemicals. Look around... you are alone, totally private as we have create a wall of Aretha palms all around the lanai.
Lounge on the Robb & Stucky furniture and enjoy
a tropical drink. There are plenty of lounges for everyone.

Serenity
Relax to the soothing
sounds of the two waterfalls. Take in the wonderful scapes of the gardens just beyond the Lanai. The gardens are beautiful and full of flowers and fruit trees. You are immersed in total privacy and that is rare in Florida. As you may know
in Florida homes and condos are built very close to each other. We are fortunate that our neighbors are retired and seldom there. Just to make sure we have planted an impenetrable wall of palms that block out everything and everyone.

Swim With The Dolphins
Well you can do that in the wonderful waters of the
Gulf just a short distance away, but in our pool we have added some fun by adding Mosaic Tile Inlays
of some cute dolphin and turtles just for fun. Notice
the aqua color of the water in the pictures above.
No the pool bottom is not blue and that is not some light trick. Instead the water is extremely clear and picks up the accents from the
pool tiles and the color of the sky. It looks like that naturally, all the time.

Safety First
With children safety is paramount. Our pool has safety features to protect your little ones. Every door and window leading to the lanai has an alarm issuing
a piercing sound if a door
or window is opened by a child. (Please test all door and windows for alarm batteries). There is also a child fence that a small child is not likely to be able to open. Make sure the fence is up and stays up. NEVER EVER DIVE INTO THE POOL. If you do, you can easily die or become a paraplegic. Pool safety is YOUR responsibility. Safety first.

An Array of Colors
The swimming Pool & Spa are lighted by LED lights that change in color from time to time. The display is amazing. The picture on
the left was taken looking through the East Wing Master Bedroom Suite. The pool is warm and inviting especially at night and you can enjoy a nightcap while being mesmerized by the incredible beauty of the pool, lanai and gardens. Like to dance... Put on the stereo softly and take your partner for a spin under the light of the moon... Poolside.

The Spa
The heated Spa is large
and inviting. There is a
seat inside and jets that
will sooth your tired body from all the shopping and adventure. There is also a wonderful air pump that creates a gigantic swarm of bubbles. It is extremely invigorating to spend some time in the spa at 104° Degrees then walk into the pool that is "only" 90°. Go ahead, put the kids to bed, grab some fruit from the back yard, take our wonderful outdoor ice
